TonerTree.com uses Fedex and UPS Ground, DHL and the United States Postal Service as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. Almost all orders are shipped either the same day or within one business day and delivery time for Free Standard Shipping is within 3-9 business days. The cost of all services is listed below. We offer a Free Standard Shipping Program with two optional choices. At this time TonerTree does NOT accept International Orders.

Orders must be in before 2:30 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) to be processed on that day. Orders that come in after 2:30 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed on the following business day.

All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 days longer. Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get current shipping information in those instances.

Your order may be delayed if:
-You do not provide us with a valid day time phone number or email address.
-Your address is incomplete or incorrect
-Your billing address is different than your shipping address and we are unable to get in touch with you to verify the order.

FREIGHT BULK ORDER (2-3 Business Days)

$23.95 Flat Rate shipping and handling charges on U.S. orders for Bulk Items.

* We ship from a network of warehouses across the United States. Products such as bulk paper orders, specialty printer supplies, large format printers, large format paper orders, and all orders that are too large to ship by UPS or FedEx will ship to you via a local trucking company. Freight deliveries typically require 1-2 additional days for delivery. Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may also require extra time for delivery. We will contact you about additional shipping costs prior to shipping items in these cases.
